Fire Fall Down

You bought my life
With the Blood that You shed on the crossWhen You died for the sins of menAnd You let out a cry, crucified, now alive in meThese hands are Yours,
Teach them to serve as You please
And I'll reach out desperate to see
All the greatness of God
May my soul rest assured in YouI'll never be the same
No, I'll never be the same

'Cause I know that You're alive
You came to fix my broken life
And I'll sing to glorify
Your Holy Name, Jesus Christ

You changed it all,
You broke down the wall
When I spoke
and confessed
In You I'm blessed,
now, I walk in the light
In victorious sight of You
I'll never be the same
No, I'll never be the same

As we seek
Your fire fall downYour fire fall downOn us we pray

Show me Your heart
Show me Your wayShow me Your glory

Over and Over

No, I could never grow tired
of telling You You're worthy

of telling You You're worthy
Over and over again

Scandal of Grace

Grace, what have You done?
Murdered for me on the cross
Accused in absence of wrong
My sin washed away in Your blood
Too much to make sense of it all
I know that Your love breaks my fall
The scandal of graceYou died in my placeSo my soul will live

All to be like YouGive all I have just to know YouJesus, there's no one besides YouForever the hope in my heart

Death, where is your sting?
Your power is as dead as my sin
The cross has taught me to live
In mercy my heart now to sing
The day and its troubles shall comeI know that Your strength is enoughThe scandal of graceYou died in my placeSo my soul will live

And it's all because of You, Jesus
It's all because of You, JesusIt's all because of Your love that my soul will live

I'd be lostI'd be lostI'd be lost without youNow I'm found, Singing your praise

Group Prayer

Prince of Peace

My heart a storm,
clouds raging deep within
The Prince of peace came
bursting through the wind
The violent sky held its breath
And in Your light I found rest

Tearing through the night
Riding on the storm
Staring down the fight
My eyes found Yours
Shining like the sun
Striding through my fear
The Prince of peace
Met me there
You heard my prayer

Hope like the sun,
light piercing through the dark
The Prince of peace came
and broke into my heart
The violent cross,
the empty grave
And in Your light I found grace

Your love surrounds me
When my thoughts wage war
When night screams terror
There Your voice will roar
Come death or shadow
God I know Your light will meet me there
When fear comes knocking
There You'll be my guard
When day breeds trouble
There You'll hold my heart
Come storm or battle
God I know Your peace will meet me there

Oh, be still my heart
I know that You are God
Oh, fear no evil
For I know You are here

Closer than You Know

I tempered the storm
Though your faith was small
I prayed while you slept
And the night waged war
We stood in the fire
And we walked on sea
And we drank of the wine
That was made of Me

Don't turn your eyes from Me
For My love won't be undone
Don't hide your face from Me
For My light has surely come

I carried that cross
And I felt your pain
I took up your crown
And I wore your shame
And death was a fire
And its teeth were grim
But I left it behind
Along with all your sin

Don't turn your eyes from Me
For My love won't be undone
Don't hide your face from Me
For My light has surely come

Lift up your eyes and see
Heaven is closer than you know
Lift up your voice and sing
Know that My love won't let you go
And I won't forsake youLift up your eyes and see
Heaven is closer than you know
Know I'll never leave youSo lift up your voice and sing
Know that My love won't let you go
And My light has surely come
Surely come surely come
And I'm closer than you know

Lord I hear You I know You're there
Closer now than my skin and bones could dareBreathing deep within me
You are always with me
I can see You where eyes can't stareBrighter now than the sun could ever dareBreathing all around me
God I know You're with me here
And my soul knows well
You are here

And my soul will praise You
And my soul will praise Your Name
Singing Holy is Your Name
Jesus

At the Alter

I'm removin'
All of the things that would move me
Further from You
A thank you could not be enough
It's not lost on me what You saved me from
I'm runnin'
Stumblin', I know, but I'm comin'
To give You this offerin'
My worship I'll never withhold
Broken, but You call it beautiful

Where the tears of the desperate
Reach the feet of the Savior
Nothin' I wouldn't offer
There's no waste at the altarWhere the heart of surrender
Meet the hands of the Maker
Nothin' I wouldn't offer
There's no waste at the altar

Things I've treasured
Oh, couldn't come close to Your presence
Grace upon grace, who could measure
No, nothing could measure
And I'm returnin'
Oh, back to the One, I am runnin'
To give Him my love
'Cause He took a sinner like me
Washed me with grace and then set me free, oh

Come lay your broken dreams at the altar
And every victory at the altarFear and anxiety cannot live hereThere's no waste at the altarLet your heart sing out and tell Him you love HimDon't make it perfect, just let it be honestHe can use anythin', sit back and watch HimThere's no waste at the altar

John 4

1 Now Jesus learned that the Pharisees had heard that he was gaining and baptizing more disciples than John—2 although in fact it was not Jesus who baptized, but his disciples.3 So he left Judea and went back once more to Galilee.4 Now he had to go through Samaria.5 So he came to a town in Samaria called Sychar, near the plot of ground Jacob had given to his son Joseph.6 Jacob’s well was there, and Jesus, tired as he was from the journey, sat down by the well. It was about noon.7 When a Samaritan woman came to draw water, Jesus said to her, “Will you give me a drink?”8 (His disciples had gone into the town to buy food.)9 The Samaritan woman said to him, “You are a Jew and I am a Samaritan woman. How can you ask me for a drink?” (For Jews do not associate with Samaritans.[a])10 Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water.”11 “Sir,” the woman said, “you have nothing to draw with and the well is deep. Where can you get this living water?12 Are you greater than our father Jacob, who gave us the well and drank from it himself, as did also his sons and his livestock?”13 Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again,14 but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”15 The woman said to him, “Sir, give me this water so that I won’t get thirsty and have to keep coming here to draw water.”16 He told her, “Go, call your husband and come back.”17 “I have no husband,” she replied. Jesus said to her, “You are right when you say you have no husband.18 The fact is, you have had five husbands, and the man you now have is not your husband. What you have just said is quite true.”19 “Sir,” the woman said, “I can see that you are a prophet.20 Our ancestors worshiped on this mountain, but you Jews claim that the place where we must worship is in Jerusalem.”21 “Woman,” Jesus replied, “believe me, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem.22 You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews.23 Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.24 God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”25 The woman said, “I know that Messiah” (called Christ) “is coming. When he comes, he will explain everything to us.”
26 Then Jesus declared, “I, the one speaking to you—I am he.”
The Disciples Rejoin Jesus27 Just then his disciples returned and were surprised to find him talking with a woman. But no one asked, “What do you want?” or “Why are you talking with her?”28 Then, leaving her water jar, the woman went back to the town and said to the people,29 “Come, see a man who told me everything I ever did. Could this be the Messiah?”30 They came out of the town and made their way toward him.

Nothing Else

I'm caught up in Your presence
I just want to sit here at Your feet
I'm caught up in this holy moment
I never wanna leave
Oh, I'm not here for blessings
Jesus, You don't owe me anything
More than anything that You can do
I just want You
I'm sorry when I've just gone through the motionsI'm sorry when I just sang another songTake me back to where we started
I open up my heart to You
I'm sorry when I've come with my agendaI'm sorry when I forgot that You're enoughTake me back to where we started
I open up my heart to You

Nothing else,
nothing elseNothing else will doI just want You

Resurrender

You're turning over tables
And calling for return
To our lives upon the altar
The things we did at first
You're clearing out the temple
You're cleaning out the dirt
For we are Your territory
Lord we are Your Church

We are Your people
You are our God
We are Your temple
Make us holy like You are

You see a holy nation
A flock to consecrate
A chosen generation
A people called to pray
So help us God to please You
Where only You can see
For every moment matters in eternity

We are Your people
You are our God
We are Your temple
Make us holy like You are

Mark Your people with Your presence
Make us a place where You delight to dwellMay we heed Your hand's correctionOh Lord our Shepherd
You do all things well
Your love as firm as it is tender
Your law is perfect
And Your judgments trueAs we run to resurrenderYou will restore what we return to YouYou are restoring as we yield anew

If You're calling
We're coming
We're not walking
We're running
God we need resurrender
So we resurrender

Uncomplicated

There's a simplicity
Humility to the way You love me
An honesty, a purity
God, You make it easy
No special words or formulas
Could ever win You over
For Your love is undeservedEven when I can't see clearly
Somehow, You still make it easy

Your love's uncomplicated
You love me just the way I am
So I stand before You
I'm totally surrendered
With open hands and open heart
Jesus, have Your way in me

Jesus, have Your way in -
My brokenness,
my loneliness
And the secrets You see
My deepest thoughts, my hidden wars
God, You see right through me
Even when I'm overthinking
Somehow, You still love me simply

I could sing over and over
I love You, it never grows oldHow could I tell You enoughThat I love You, I love You, Lord?

Whole Heart

Hold me now
In the hands that created the heavens
Find me now
Where the grace runs deep as your scars
You pulled me from the clay
You set me on the rock
Called me by your name
And made my heart whole again
Lifted up
And my knees know it's all for your glory
That I might stand
With more reasons to sing than to fear
So here I stand, high in surrender
I need you now
Hold my heart, now and forever
My soul cries out
Once I was broken
But you loved my whole heart through
Sin has no hold on me
'Cause your grace holds me now
And that graceOwns the ground where the grave didWhere all my shame remains
Left for dead in your wake
You crashed those age-old gates
You left no stone unturned
You stepped out of that grave
And shouldered me all the way
Healed and forgivenLook where my chains are now
Death has no hold on me
'Cause your grace holds that ground
